At Vulcain Watches, we strive for perfection in every timepiece; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your unworn watch within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included and intact.

• 3.
  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
